This is the classic case of a funnel. Since every move in this scenario is designed to achieve the end goal of funneling money to the principles, it is important to study the transactions. Sir Did Fake Purchase Orders Lead to CFO's Ouster? International Rectifier gives more details on its accounting woes, but won't say specifically why its CFO was fired. Sarah Johnson, CFO.com September 04, 2007 I do not know why the big mockery I read about the SEC flexing its muscles with FASBR and The accounting standards and the AICPA when a small LPO gets stuck up in the system and clogs the complete write up of the SEC or any governmental policy. First I think SEC is political and governmental instrument not to mention it has say so in the political arena. All the Scooter Libby and To Delay and other pilferages come to light very late. Why?
