Pretty Worthless Article

I'm a tax lawyer with an LLM, but don't know this area of law. Frankly, I don't know the answer to the important question after reading this, which is, "Can you use the NOL?" I'd advise the writer to stop citing cases and the law and give us useful information.

Speak english, please

An article like this seems to convey useful information, but would be much more useful if written in english instead of relying on tax code references to convey meaning. The technical jargon is fine for journal of taxation, but this publication is a broader audience with diverse backgrounds that needs thoughtful insight, not jargon.
