While social media is still evolving as a marketing tool, innovative companies are using these new channels to gain insights into the marketplace, generate awareness virally and truly engage with their key audiences. It will be interesting to see all the creative, new approaches to social media that will evolve over the next couple of years and the benefits they will deliver to companies.
