Its very easy to use Linkedin for job purposes. Millions of companies are there and easily accessible. You can either contact them directly or may use the Linkedin job sources. The most important thing to get benefit of social media for job searchers is the visibility of your profile. Sordello has said very right that your profile should be ranked high at the major search engines. So the best thing to get benefit of social media is to work on your profile.
