All great ideas, however, I recommend hotline calls go to the internal auditor or legal counsel instead of the external auditor. I doubt external auditors would feel comfortable performing a management duty and ultimately, the Company's management team is responsible for maintaining effective preventive and detective controls over internal and external fraud. I really like this article otherwise. Thanks!
