Internal Auditing affords an excellent understanding of the various facets of the business - operations, compliance and financial reporting. A good internal auditor will not only excel in what he is required to do but also keenly comprehend the value drivers of the business and contribute in enhancing those value drivers.

Sometimes Internal audits lose paper work and it takes a long time to find all the paperwork so I think outside audits are they only way to go
