Acquittal

Yes I wrote to CFO.com, and guess what they did not want to publish his acquittal. Seems unfair but whats new. All ready to shoot people down but not report the upside.

Acquittal on all 4 counts Part 2

I watched the whole trial. His attorney Joseph E Blackwell was execellent. Professional, to the point, and destroyed many of the governments witnesses on cross examination. He was able to convey his message clearly to the jury which played the major part in the final acquittal. It was interesting to watch how certain witnesses entered the court room as "LIONS" and left like "LAMBS" once Mr Blackwell was done with them. Also great credit to the judge for allowing the defense to present its case without too many hurdles.

Acquitted on all 4 counts

At last and as expected he was acquitted of all the charges in the Southern District of Mississippi Federal Court on 12/10/10. I knew he was innocent and it is a shame that this was brought to trial. I wish him well for the future and hope he can forget the miserable period he endured in jail FOR SOMETHING HE DID NOT DO. Justice was served in MIssissippi. The wheels of Justice move slowly but the TRUTH prevails.
