Noémie Heuland | Moody’s
Noémie Heuland will take over as finance chief of global risk assessment firm Moody’s on April 1. Heuland joins the firm from Dayforce (formerly Ceridian), a global human capital management software company, where she has been CFO since 2020. Before that, she spent 12 years with ERP provider SAP in various roles, most recently as regional chief financial officer for Latin America and Caribe. Heuland replaces interim CFO Caroline Sullivan, who will continue in her roles as accounting officer and corporate controller.
Jenny Osterhout | OneMain Holdings
OneMain Holdings promoted Jenny Osterhout to the top finance spot, effective March 31. Osterhout joined the lender in January 2020 and has been its chief strategy officer since November 2020. Before joining the company, she held positions at BNY Mellon, including as CFO of its $1.2 trillion investment management group and head of all BNY corporate development. Before that, Osterhout worked at McKinsey for seven years, including in its financial services practice.
Susan Keefe | Benson Hill
Susan Keefe will take over as finance chief of agricultural technology company Benson Hill on March 29. Most recently, Keefe was chief financial officer of GreenLight Biosciences, a company specializing in RNA-based solutions for agriculture and human health applications. Before that, she was CFO of Danforth Advisors and was previously vice president of finance and administration and corporate treasurer of Aushon Biosystems. Earlier in her career, Keefe worked at SeraCare Life Sciences, Proctor & Gamble, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Keefe succeeds Dean Freeman, who is leaving Benson Hill.
Anthony Barsoom | Forter
Forter, an e-commerce fraud-prevention fintech, named Anthony Barsoom as chief financial officer. Barsoom spent the last three years as head of finance for Zoom where he led the company's post-pandemic initiatives to increase sustainable profitability. He was previously the chief executive officer of fabric.com, an Amazon subsidiary. Before that, he worked at The Home Depot for nearly a decade in various financial leadership positions, including CFO of its northern division.
Cathy Behnen | FTC Solar
FTC Solar’s interim CFO Cathy Behnen will take on the role permanently. Behnen has been interim CFO of the solar tracker systems and related services provider since November 2023. Before becoming interim CFO, she was FTC’s chief accounting officer since 2020. She has more than 20 years of financial leadership, including working as CFO and vice president of finance at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos and as a partner at accounting firm RubinBrown.
Betsy Chivinski | Fulton Financial
Betsy Chivinski has been named interim chief financial officer of Fulton Financial, replacing Mark McCollom who resigned on February 8. Chivinski has worked in a variety of leadership positions at the bank since joining nearly 30 years ago and has been senior executive vice president and chief risk officer since 2016. She was previously chief audit executive and chief accounting officer of the company. Before joining Fulton, she was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen. Chivinski replaces Mark McCollom, who resigned after five years in the role.
Bradley Camden | Kemper
Insurance provider Kemper named Bradley Camden as its new chief financial officer. Camden, who has been interim CFO since September 2023, joined the company in 2020 as senior vice president and treasurer. Before that, he spent 15 years at Northern Trust Asset Management, where he served in several finance leadership roles including head of long-duration fixed income, head of active and quantitative strategies, and director of fixed income strategy.
Iain Balchin | Tradeshift
Iain Balchin was appointed chief financial officer of B2B e-commerce and fintech platform Tradeshift. Balchin joins the company from energy storage company Corre Energy, where he led a successful equity raise to enable further development of major renewables projects. Before that, he held group CFO positions at publishing business XL Media and wealth management firm Ascot Global, which he took from listing to eventual sale. He was previously interim CFO at crypto payment platform Ramp Network and held CFO positions at payments optimization platform Ixaris, neobank WiZink, and WorldRemit.
