President Safra Catz will add CFO to her title at Oracle Corp. She replaces Jeff Epstein, who has resigned. Catz has been at the firm since 1999 and has been president since 2004. She also held the top finance spot once before, from 2005 to 2008.
Greg Frost has announced that he will resign as head of finance at Janus Capital Group on or around August 1. He will be succeeded by Bruce Koepfgen, who will start at the company in June and work with Frost during the summer. Previously, Koepfgen worked at Allianz Global Investors, where he was CEO of its subsidiary Oppenheimer Capital and served as chairman of Allianz Global Investors Fund Management.
Henry Schopfer has resigned as CFO of PMFG Inc., an engineered products and systems provider. Ronald McCrummen, former chief accounting officer at Dean Foods Inc., will replace him.
Networking company QLogic Corp. has named Jean Hu to lead the finance function. Previously, she was CFO and treasurer of Conexant Systems.
Robert Millard has been appointed finance chief at consumer-review provider Angie’s List. He comes to the company from FinishMaster Inc., where he also was CFO.
AECOM Technology Corp. has promoted head of finance Michael Burke to the post of president, effective October 1. He has been at the technical and management support services provider since 2005 and was named CFO the following year. He will be replaced by Stephen Kadenacy, who joined the firm in 2008 as senior vice president, finance.
Stephen Murdock has been named CFO of Streamline Health Solutions Inc., a provider of document-workflow tools for hospitals. He is a former CFO of Orion HealthCorp Inc. and of Visiting Nurse Health System Inc.
Terence Murphy will take over the top finance spot at Web service Pixazza Inc. Most recently, he headed finance at Risesmart Inc.
Ramtron International Corp. has appointed Mark Kent to lead the finance function. He joins the semiconductor maker from RPX Corp., where he also was CFO.
