The Hartford Financial Services Group has named Christopher Swift as its new CFO, effective March 1. He succeeds Lizabeth Zlatkus, who will become chief risk officer at the company. Previously, Swift was vice chairman and CFO of American Life Insurance Co.
Martin Ellen will become finance chief at beverage maker Dr Pepper Snapple Group on April 1. He takes over from John Stewart, who previously announced that he would retire on March 31. Most recently, Ellen was CFO and senior vice president-finance at Snap-on Inc.
Enphase Energy has appointed Sanjeev Kumar to head the finance function. He is a former CFO of Energy Conversion Devices Inc.
Investment banking and alternative asset management company JMP Group has promoted Raymond Jackson to the top finance spot. Jackson, currently CFO of operating subsidiaries Harvest Capital Strategies and JMP Securities, begins his new job on March 15, after the firm’s 10-K is filed. As CFO, Jackson replaces Thomas Kilian, who will remain in his post as senior investment banker at JMP Securities.
Lisa Costantino has been promoted to finance chief of the U.S. division of biopharmaceutical firm EMD Serono Inc. Costantino has been at the company for more than 25 years, most recently as vice president of finance.
Wholesale insurance distributor Crump Group has named Scot Parnell to lead the finance function. He succeeds Dave Obenauer, who took over as president of the company’s property & casualty insurance services division in January. Previously, Parnell headed finance at The Student Loan Corp.
Gregory Andrews has been named CFO of real estate investment trust Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. He is a former vice president of the commercial real estate group at Bank of America.
Mobile data-management and IP core network-signaling company Tekelec has announced that finance chief Bill Everett will retire on March 31. Everett, who has been CFO since 2005, will be succeeded on an interim basis by corporate controller and chief accounting officer Greg Rush until a permanent replacement is found.
GT Solar International Inc. has named Richard Gaynor CFO, effective March 1. He joins the company from Sonus Networks, where he also headed finance.
