Allen Hsieh has been appointed vice president and CFO of Flow International Corp., an industrial water-jet machine developer and manufacturer. Hsieh joined the company in December 2008, when he was named interim CFO.
Security firm The Brink’s Co. has named Joseph Dziedzic as its new vice president and CFO. He replaces Michael Cazer, who will become president of Brink’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Dziedzic comes to Brink’s after a 20-year career at General Electric, where he most recently served as CFO of GE Aviation Services.
Stacy Kilgore has been promoted to CFO at messaging and mobile media company Movius Interactive Corp. Kilgore, who joined the company last year, had been vice president, finance and accounting. Before that, he was controller, international operations, at Witness Systems Inc.
Robert Lee, controller of recovery audit firm PRG-Schultz International Inc., will add the titles of CFO and treasurer. In those new roles, he replaces Peter Limeri, who has resigned effective May 31 to pursue another opportunity.
Long-term care provider The Ensign Group Inc. has named Suzanne Snapper to succeed CFO Alan Norman, who is retiring. Snapper is currently vice president-finance of subsidiary Ensign Facility Services Inc.
James Iaco Jr. is retiring as CFO of power company Mirant Corp., effective May 31. He will be succeeded by J. William Holden III, Mirant’s senior vice president and treasurer.
Q1 Labs, a security information and event management provider, has promoted vice president of finance Bob Fincke to the CFO post. Fincke joined the firm in 2003 after five years at New Venture Consulting.
Irv Lichtenwald is the new CFO of Medsphere Systems Corp., a provider of open-source electronic health records. He is a former CFO of Advent Software.
Automotive parts designer and manufacturer J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc. has named J. Timothy Gargaro as its new CFO. Among other companies, he previously worked at Lear Corp. and Allied Signal.
Mark Dendle has resigned from his position as CFO and executive vice president-finance and administration of manufacturer Eagle Materials Inc., effective June 12. The company has not yet named a successor to Dendle, who resigned to pursue other interests.
