Hold the Gate Open: Pittsburgh, Penn.-based IGate Capital Corp., an Internet holding company specializing in E-business services, appointed Michael Zugay as CFO effective April 2, replacing Bruce Haney, who resigned to pursue other interests. Zugay had served an earlier tenure as IGate CFO from March 1995 to January 1998. He is currently the company’s managing director of corporate development.
