How do I register for a Webcast if I don't have a password?

If you previously signed up to become a member of CFO.com, you can register for a Webcast after you log in to CFO.com. If you have not yet signed up, you can register for an account now. Becoming a member of CFO.com is free, and it gives you access to many resources, including Webcasts, research reports, and white papers.

If you forget your password, just click on the Forgot Password link on the login/register page, enter your e-mail, and we'll send your password to the e-mail address you provided when you signed up.

What technical setup is necessary to ensure I can listen to and view a Webcast on CFO.com?

To confirm that your computer and your network can accommodate Webcasts, we strongly recommend that you visit the Webcast Help Guide and click on the "Test Your System" link displayed within this guide.

Please note that Webcasts on CFO.com are streamed over the Internet so that you can listen to them through your computer speakers. Unless indicated otherwise, there is no dial-in number for listening to Webcasts.

If I can't attend a Webcast at its scheduled time, will a replay be available?
Yes. An on-demand archive of a Webcast is available on CFO.com within a week of the live event. If you have already registered for a Webcast, you will receive an e-mail message when the archive is available. Archived Webcasts continue to be available on CFO.com for up to a year after the live event.

Is continuing professional education (CPE) credit available for this Webcast?
We do offer CPE credits for certain Webcasts, and the registration page for each one will indicate whether CPE credits are available. CPE credits are only available to registrants who attend the live event.
