Our client is a global insurance provider Job description :
We are seeking an accomplished financial expert to oversee the preparation and analysis of reports for senior management. Management of the monthly P&L and accurately helping internal decision makers focus on key issues will be a major part of succeeding in this role. Responsilbilities include: Review and consolidate PnL statements firmwide Use monthly reports to ensure financial and legal reconciliation is being performed Monitor budget vs. actual progress on an ongoing basis Use experience and discretion to help business heads determine high attention areas Prepare reports for the executive board Manage relationships upwards and downwards in order to accomplish goals Immediate duties upon arrival include 2010 budgeting Who we are looking for :
Candidates should have some international reporting experience and an understanding of foreign currencies. A CPA or similar designation is highly preferred. Technical experience should include Hyperion/Cognos management reporting systems. Previous responsilbity should include high-level exposure to senior management. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills will be screened for in the interview process.
