CFO and In - house Counsel

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Company budget and financial reports preparation based on GAAP standards.
Financial controls, policies and internal safeguard.
Costs reduction and cash flow management.
Maintain banking relationships, monitor bank covenants, and facilitate alternative financing.
Provide operations, sales and marketing with analysis of budget vs. financial results.
Secure insurance for the company.
Contracts review, lease negotiations and handling of legal, compliance matters.
Oversee accounting personnel.
Reports directly to the President.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in finance, general ledger management, cost accounting and legal.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required.
CPA preferred, Juris Doctorate or MBA a plus.
