Job Description
My client is the leader for the middle market sector.
The firm had no layoffs across the board and is only expanding.
The firm has great benefits, quality of life and was voted one of the top National CPA firms to work for which was a survey submitted by there current employees. Turnover is low which means employee morale is high.
It is a Director/Partner level role. They are looking to build there International Tax group in the Chicago area. The technical aspect of the position is strong US tax foundation with Corporations, Partnerships and Individual tax work. International tax experience with compliance and understanding of planning issues.
Must have business developing experience.
They are adding key personnel to the National International Tax group to assist with the client demands and to also bring in additional revenue. This would be a fast track Partner position. There is no Partner for International tax in the Chicago area and they do expect the person who steps into this role to be groomed to make Partner in the near future.
Qualifications:
10+ years of tax experience: US Federal Income Tax and International Tax
Must have tax compliance/review experience
MUST HAVE BUSINESS DEVELOPING EXPERIENCE
MUST BE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY A CONSULTING FIRM/LAW FIRM/CPA FIRM
CPA or JD
