The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Preparing income tax returns for Individuals, Corporations (S & C), Trusts, Partnerships, and Estates. Tax planning and resolution of IRS issues. Supervising and reviewing payroll reports and sales tax reports, which will be prepared by accountants/bookkeepers. Ability to interface with the clients, both in person and on the phone. Who we are looking for :
Experience: Concentration on Flow-through entities particularly Partnerships LLCs and S Corps Expert in Accounting Periods and Methods. Must have compliance experience in reviewing tax returns and partnership agreements. 5+years of experience law firm or public accounting firm. Must know tax laws/codes and changes in industry. CPA Masters in Tax preferred or a Law Degree. Whats on offer :
