International Fortune Company wishes to augment its award-winning tax team with the addition of a Senior Tax Director who has a Specialty in Provision/FAS109.

This Top Financial Services Institution is located in New York City. This position will assume a primary role in ongoing tax-book synthesis, including reconciliation of financial statement and tax return reporting, as well as tax compliance of the AMG companies and the Bridge sale.
Description:
Lead and manage the tax accounting, tax compliance, and GAAP/IFRS tax reporting functions for the entire division.
Work closely with the Tax Director, company controllers, and the Corporate Tax Department in developing, implementing, and monitoring best practices.
Prepare, review and audit various workpapers for FAS 109 engagements while directing a team of 10 to 15 Managers, Seniors and Staff.
Act with respect and dignity in all interactions inside and outside the firm.
Job Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
*CPA/MST preferred
* Prior leadership position and experience in management of staff required
* Advanced Degree and Professional Certification desired
* 10 or more years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication, research and writing skills a must
