Multinational Financial Services firm based in the New York / New Jersey area is looking for an International Tax Manager for their established Tax department. As International Tax Manager you will be responsible for FAS 109 and Tax Compliance. Job description :
As International Tax Manager for this Financial Services firm in New York / New Jersey you will be responsible for; The preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision - FAS109 - and effective tax rate analysis. Overseeing the preperation of international Tax compliance forms Providing advice and support to foreign business units regarding foreign tax related issues, policies, and procedures. Researching tax issues for tax planning and compliance reporting. Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities, process efficiencies, and quality improvements. Monitoring current and proposed, US and foreign, tax law changes to determine worldwide impact. Who we are looking for :
The successful candidate will have; A minimum of 5yrs Tax Accounting and Compliance experience from a Big 4 Public Accounting firm or Multinational organisation Excellent FAS 109 knowledge Previous exposure to forms 5471 and 8865 A degree in Accounting (CPA prefered) Excellent work-ethic and strong communication skills Whats on offer :
