Job Description
Leads a team of experienced Treasury Sales Officers who are directly responsible for structuring, advising, negotiating and closing Treasury client solutions. Key participant in the design and execution of market strategies that support long term growth, profitability, client satisfaction and associate satisfaction. Partners closely with client-facing teammates and Market leadership across a broad region to provide advisory expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible client solution. Maintains thorough knowledge of, and ensures adherence to, policies, guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Leads performance management, associate development, talent planning, and compensation processes for direct reports. Directly responsible for assessing associate development and identifying knowledge gaps. Works closely with leadership team and training partners to coach, equip and train associates. Qualifications
Requirements:
- 10 + years of Commercial Banking experience.
- Ability to lead a team of sales associates.
- Management of an extensive portfolio (size, complexity, risk.)
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics. MBA desirable.
