Resources Global Professionals is looking for talented business professionals to join our Bay Area practice in the area of technical accounting, corporate tax and consulting. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:

8-12 years Tax experience in large companies ($500MM+).
Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm.
BBA/BS in accounting or finance required - MST a plus.
CPA preferred.
International, Federal an multi-state compliance and planning experience.
Experience in research, implementation and calculation of FAS 109 and FIN 48.
Ability to research and assure compliance with tax laws and regulations, tax account reconciliation and true-ups and provide assistance during tax audits.
Experience with large-scale ERPs and tax compliance/research applications (CORPTax,FastTax,CCH,RIA,BNA).
Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structurease list each qualification on a separate line.
