Job Description
Would you like to work with a talented, friendly group of executives and have a key role running a growing business We’re looking for a tax executive to do just that. A few things to consider:
- This role will report to the Controller and work extensively with the CFO
- The company needs someone interested in a role heavy in planning and savings strategy work
- This role will handle the FAS 109, provision and footnotes for financial statements (the company is publicly traded)
- Also manage and help lower the worldwide effective rate
- This company is stable (and in fact growing), and will need you bring a tax perspective to structuring acquisitions with the leadership team
- There will be some fixed asset work as the company has a proportionally large amount of CAPEX
- FYI the company paid bonuses at the full target amount last year and is on track to do the same this year; so that portion of compensation is very achievable
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience
- Prior federal provision & planning experience
- You will interact with many different departments, and business unit leaders, so requires a friendly personality
