Job Description

An Associate in our Limited Partner Relations group will work with the entire private equity marketing team in assisting the team in all aspects of due diligence and related activities for Blackstone’s private equity funds.  This position requires 3-4 years prior work experience in Investor Relations and/or Finance. 

Anticipated specific duties would be:

  • Writing PPMs and standard due diligence materials
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Communicating with LP’s and answering regular LP due diligence questions
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Creating, editing and monitoring marketing presentations and other marketing materials.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  






• Overseeing and quality checking analysts’ responses to investors inquiries






• Responsible for the creating and editing of general firm information documents which are distributed regularly to our limited partners






• Working closely with the private equity finance team in sourcing information






• Coordinating and managing the Marketing group’s use of outside consultants.  This entails Tracking data, responding to inquires and coordinating with other departments at the firm Help organize and maintain support files, for pitches, due diligence materials and other marketing documents.






• Participate in review of feeder fund materials. Organize and maintain monitoring systems for feeder funds for status, funds’ raised and other criteria






• Assist  the Vice President in special projects for the Chief Legal Officer and for the Chief Financial Officer
