Description
Responsible for acquisition and disposition of retail real estate facilities throughout two or more Regions. Interfaces with Facility Partner staff assigned to manage and execute retail transactions in the selected regions. Works with retail client to assure fulfillment of real estate needs. Prepares and/or reviews partner-prepared reports regarding current and forecasted activities. Coordinates transaction activities with finance, legal, portfolio and project management as required to assure efficient and seamless executions of transaction projects.
This position can be filled in any major US location.
Required Skills:
Typically has 10+ years of related retail real estate experience. Strong management and negotiation skills. Familiar with real estate legal documents, including leases and Purchase & Sale Agreements. Understands real estate financial principles and analysis.
Desired Skills:
Has previous regional retail experience; understand and is familiar with bank systems, including Virtual Premise. Able to manage significant number of transactions at one time.
