Our client is a global Investment Bank
Job description :
This candidate will have primary responsibility for structuring and executing structured/project finance business in Latin America out of the New York Office. This candidate should have strong technical skills (financial modeling), knowledge of various industries (specifically, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and metals & mining), knowledge of Latin America and the key corporates and projects in the region. This candidate will have a secondary focus on origination of business, participating actively in marketing pitches and the initial discussions and negotiations with clients pre-mandate, together with in-country team members. The candidate should be capable of actively participating in strategy discussions for the group and should serve as a mentor to junior members of the team.
Who we are looking for :
EXPERIENCE: This candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in the banking industry and should be very familiar with structured/project finance and the Latin American market as a whole.
SKILLS: This candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and technical skills, and should be a native/fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese language speaker.
Ability to travel (particularly within Latin America) as necessary.
This position will be located in the New York Office.
Whats on offer :
140,000 plus Bonus
