Job Description
Our client is a well established, full service provider of comprehensive financing solutions for healthcare facilities nationwide, focusing exclusively on the long-term care, assisted living and hospital sectors. They are based in Baltimore, MD. They are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Lender for their team.
Candidates must have five to twenty years experience in a healthcare lending capacity. Experience with long term care, assisted living, FHA, HUD and short-term REIT financing is desired. Incumbent will call on deals throughout the Mid-Atlantic and North East territories.
