Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Special Assets Manager to join a SE Michigan community bank. We are seeking a candidate who is experienced in working out distressed loans and has a background in commercial real estate credit lending.
This community bank is looking for an experienced special assets manager to oversee 4-6 special asset professionals who are dedicated to exiting approximately 100mm in commercial real estate loans.
The ideal person will have five plus years experience working out of distressed loans, will have managed others and be deeply involved in commercial real estate credits lending for ten plus years. Must have strong leadership ability and good credit skills.
