Job Description
VP, SVP or EVP level - Financial restructuring and operational turnarounds for bankrupt and distressed companies. Chapter 11 reorganization, crisis management and debtor advisory services Direct relevant professional and consulting experience required.
Required to have successfully led large engagement teams, as well as have demonstrated capabilities in holding key executive level positions a plus. Established network of business contacts, and the potential to generate revenues annually a plus
Ideal backgrounds should include high visibility experience at: A.T. Kearney, McKinsey, Roland Berger Strategy, Ernst & Young, Deloittte, KMPG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, FTI Consulting, FTI Palladium, FTI Capital, CRG Partners, Morris Anderson, Alvarez & Marsal, Alix Partners, Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Anderson Bauman Tourtellot Vos & Co., BBK, Huron Consulting, Nachmam Hays Brownstein, Tatum, BDO Seidman, etc.
Ideal leadership professional will have commensurate expert level consulting, financial analysis and valuation services in the areas of financial restructuring and operational turnarounds for bankrupt and distressed companies.
Experience in Chapter 11 reorganization, interim crisis management and debtor advisory services as well as aligning costs with declining revenues or margins are compulsory.
Ideal to have experience in business disposal and exit experience and have the ability to hold senior officer roles or be “groomable” for these roles.
