Job Description: Seasoned financial services professional responsible for identifying prospective clients with investable assets of $1MM or more. Prepares presentations, follows up on client contacts, and refers the sale of products and services including portfolio management, private banking, trust, estate services, insurance, as well as other services available across the bank franchise to the Specialist in the respective business line. Serves as the generalist relationship manager by coordinating with Trust Officers, Investment Managers, Private Bankers, Financial Consultants, Wealth Management Specialists, Insurance Specialists and/or contacts across the bank to deliver full-service wealth management. Utilizes a profiling-based approach with a Wealth Planning orientation to meet clients overall present and future Wealth Management needs. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 6-8 years experience working with HNW clients in a consultative sales capacity. Candidate must possess the ability to understand personal and business financial statements, complex tax returns and understanding of credit structures. Lending experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with proven sales, marketing and presentation experience. Proven problem solving, conflict resolution, time management, follow-up and decision making skills required. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree preferred. MBA, CFP, PFP a plus. Education: Bachelors Certifications: None Licenses: None Total Years of Experience: 5-6
