Lend. - General (CML); CreditAdmin/LoanPolicy/Workout (CLW) Industries: None Base Compensation: Low: $125,000       High: $125,000 Total Compensation: Low: $125,000       High: $125,000 Overnight Travel: Up to 25% Is Employer Willing to Relocate : Yes Employment Type: Full Time / Direct Hire   Why is This a Great Opportunity Healthy company and great growth.   Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes and approves counterparties and establishes appropriate credit limits.  Manages credit exposure and consolidates overall credit risk. Performs corporate level technical analysis and calculations to monitor aggregate credit risk exposure among counter parties across all affiliated companies.  Reviews and approves parental guarantees, letters of credit and ISDA contracts to secure/mitigate counter party exposure.  Assists in the monitoring and collection of past due accounts.Reviews existing corporate credit policies and procedures and provides recommendations for improvements. Manages the commodity contract administration group.REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or a closely related field.  At least nine years of experience including at least eight years of progressive credit experience that demonstrates the ability to effectively manage a credit portfolio of over 1 billion dollars.  Commerical banking experience.  Supervisory experience.  Ability to manage credit requests from origination to approval in a timely fashion, while adhering to credit policies and procedures. Ability to effectively interact with senior management in fast-paced, demanding trading environment. Strong analytical/advanced financial statement analysis skills. Knowledge of internal controls and accounting regulations as the relate to the credit function.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  MBA preferred.   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Commercial banking experience. Derivatives experience also.   Preferred Qualifications: MBA   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: None   Licenses: None   Total Years of Experience: 9-10   Years of Experience in Present Position: 9-10
