Roundtable May Include Small Biz After All

Small business concerns were noted in the opening remarks made by SEC Chairman Christopher Cox and PCAOB Chairman Bill Gradison at today's SEC Roundtable on second year 404 experiences.

There was some question about whether the roundtable panels, which are stacked with large company representatives, would get around to discussing small business issues--especially since the SEC set up a separate committee to focus just on smaller corporations.

Seems like Cox and Gradison expect some small business discussion, and welcome it.
