Friday’s WSJ (sub only) says the Enron prosecution won’t call Rick Causey. Guess that about ends any chance of moving beyond a he-said/she-said discussion of what Ken and Jeff really knew about the workings of LJM etc.

So it’s time to take a poll. Whaddyathink, folks, innocent or guilty?

Both individuals are guilty and should have the maximum time in prison. Ken Lay needs to know the life style of two hots and a cot.
