REGULATORY ISSUES
Wall Street and K

Just got an email from the financial services lobby in DC about their annual shin-dig. If past experience (not to mention the Abramoff scandal) is any indication, this gathering of the Financial Services Roundtable will represent a pretty good indicator of which issues relevant to our little corner of the world will get pushed inside the Beltway this year. (As in Donaldson who?)

Here’s the gist of the message:

In 2005, the Roundtable priority issues list included Class Action Reform, Terrorism Risk Insurance, Software Security, and Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement and Regulation. Join Roundtable President and CEO Steve Bartlett as he unveils the Roundtable’s priority issues for 2006.
