Total Return (on Equity) Swaps?

Can anyone out there tell me if they've heard of companies obtaining financing by entering into a total return swap with their bank in which the reference asset is the company's own stock?

My thanks to those of you who've responded via e-mail. Point of clarification, the TRS's I'm looking at would probably be viewed as toxic. I'm trying to get a sense of how prevalent they are.
