BDO Seeks Mistrial in Fraud Case
In violation of the judge's order, a plaintiff's attorney told jurors that shortly after the fraud was discovered at the firm's audit client E.S. Bankest, a BDO executive committed suicide.

It is hard to imagine that the BDO Executive suicide was not linked to investigation of BDO related to the significant fraud unless that executive was not involved with the audit. If that person was involved with the audit there are usually 2 courses of action (1) Fight (2) Flight. It appears that the Executive, for reasons known only to him or her (and possibly family and co-workers), chose extreme flight.
