How do you know?

In the findings, you state that "Finance and IT agree that mobile working is on the rise and that it drives productivity." How is productivity defined; and how do you know that productivity is due to the implementation of mobile technology?

If you compare the full costs to benefits isolated to the investment in mobile technology, are organizations really winning economically?
