Finance to Keep: My company used to be owened by GE and we outsourced AP to their India team. As long as you spent half of every day going over everything it worked fine. But they were not capable of making decsions themselves everything had to be exactly the same or your might as well have done the work yourself. After 3 years they began to do better as long as we had a very strong leader here in the states that kept everything flowing well.
