Pharmacy benefit problems

As a practicing physician, I find pharmacy benefit corporations to be the weakest link in the chain of quality of care and patient safety. For example, Google the three words, complaints, Merck, and Medco (together), and you will get over 25,000 hits. Every week I struggle dealing with the exingencies caused by their actions.
