Unclaimed Property proceedures: It is desparately important for corporations to understand how unclaimed property works. It is fairly straight forward, even though it can be time consuming. A clean process can save the corporation significan monies, not just fines/penalties prevention, but in recoveries. Recoveries from the states and recoveries in the since of not over escheating when it comes to the actual remittance to the States.
