The best to you Susan at becoming King Arthur's CFO. The first time I tried KA's flour was when a bought a bag of it at BJ's Wholesale to make homemade flour tortillas. I didn't realize flour could make that much of a difference but it did.
PS - I now buy KA flour at grocery stores because I don't see it on the shelves of Costco or Sam's Club. Do you guys distribute through those retailers? I dropped my BJs membership years ago.
