I am surprised more companies haven't taken the steps banks do.
Which is NO INTERNET ALLOWED.
If you're a manager you need to submit a form detailing WHY you should be allowed access and have it signed off by a VP.
Remember you own the employee, so treat them like it.
Of course this provides a very dry environment.
