I felt that this survey was skewed, especially with regard to the third question. I think that there are a lot of professionals, especially women, who have benefited from flexible work arrangements. Yes, your career will take a hit. In my industry, it means slower promotions, but in my opinion, it beats the alternative of never seeing your children or quitting. I applaud employer's efforts to offer flexible arrangements, and I hope that these programs continue as I plan on utilizing one in the future.
