Somehow I haven't seen such positive outlook in the business scene. More often, it's either nurture good customers or fire difficult ones. The concept about retaining bad customers for the sake of preserving the good ones is an innovation, and I think it might work. I'll be in the lookout for more testimonials of this kind.
