Article need to expand on soft skills and present a table comparing the essential skills, soft skills and the intuitive skills developed through actual experience.CFO' are absorbing additional work pressure by the elimination of middle management positions "in my opinion erroneous", and others generated by Sarbarnes Oxley act;therefore addional skills must be exercised.

Most thought provoking. I expect that some new challenges will arise in the investor relations area. Investment professionals are being taught to include a further dimension in their judgment of investment prospects. In addition to: (1) scrutinizing management, and (2) evaluating financials, they are also learning to (3) assess technological strength and potential.
Is there a format that the CFO can use to handle this aspect?
