Holtzman also intends to turn over his retirement planning to a professional once he's satisfied that he can oversee it properly. In his view, as long as he can ask the right questions and challenge decisions, he shouldn't spend his time on the day-to-day minutiae. "My life is like my business," says Holtzman, who expects to have a solid investment plan by the end of the year. "I have to delegate when it's appropriate, but delegate to the right people." — D.D.
