Video- Beverly, Mass.-based Axcelis Technology, Inc. yesterday announced that CFO Neil Moses has left the company "to pursue other opportunities." Apparently so: Later in the day, Parametric Technology Corp., a maker of product-development software based in Needham, Mass., put out a press release stating it had already hired Moses as its new chief financial officer.
